DTI is a full service provider of vacuum coating services. Augmenting these advanced capabilities is our precision slitting, rewinding, and inspection services.

After vacuum coating, all rolls undergo clean room rewinding on one of our slitter rewinders. This operation allows us to visually inspect the full roll and to create a "roll map" so that our customers know exactly what they can expect. In addition, it affords an opportunity for web cleaning from debris generated before or during the vacuum deposition process. If required, we can slit a master roll to exact customer specifications.
